This tenant improvement project required a specific design approach that responded to the specialized service requirements of the Client. It was a strong collaborative effort from the start, and we worked closely with the Client from the early conceptual phase through to decisions made during construction when we fine tuned the intricacies of millwork and finishing details to achieve an elegant and understated atmosphere throughout.
