This custom designed home was developed in collaboration with Chris Foyd of BoForm. It rests upon a sloping hillside, whilst taking advantage of the spectacular views of the ever changing Pacific ocean and the lush fairways and landscaping of the nearby golf course.

The applied materials are a range of metal cladding, architectural concrete, natural wood siding and stucco. The existing trees, to a large extent, have remained undisturbed, giving the property an already established character in the neighbourhood.

In keeping with the simplicity of the buildings design footprint, the interior of the home features clean lines to promote a sense of space and integration within the natural surroundings. Large windows throughout help promote natural light, and take advantage of expansive views beyond.
