The Journey Home project at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Palliative Care Unit is a testament to cultural collaboration and thoughtful design. Developed in consultation with Indigenous Health, WSANEC health directors, and Elders, the project aims to provide a dedicated space for traditional practices and ceremonies, fostering a healing environment that respects and celebrates the WSANEC way of life.
