A proposal for a 15 unit condominium building in the heart of Oak Bay. By placing 14 parking stalls underground, the space around the building can be used for landscaping. The 4 storey building is in keeping with the immediate neighbourhood along Oak Bay Avenue. Stay tuned for updates since this application is undergoing an intensive public process.
