Situated within the emerging seaside district of The Beachlands in Colwood, this 30-unit townhouse development brings together contemporary West Coast design, a walkable public realm, and environmentally responsive planning. Cascadia Architects worked closely with the client and City to create two coordinated sites along Coastal Drive that introduce family-oriented housing to a key transitional area in the Royal Beach Sub-Area Plan.
